Local catering for York Region and the GTA

Cater with Reza is run by Reza Banisaeed, owner of the Chatime stores at Markham Rd & Castlemore and Markham Rd & Steeles, with pizza from Pizza Nova Stouffville. We cater school hot lunches and pizza days, fun fairs, weddings, office celebrations and community events across the GTA, made fresh on the day.

Our school program is priced so fundraisers keep a real margin. Every Bubble Tea Day helps a school raise money for its students, and pop-up booths at fun fairs share sales with the school.

Questions we get a lot

How far ahead should I order?

At least 2 weeks for events and school days. Busy months (June, December and wedding season) fill up, so earlier is better. Short notice? Order anyway and we'll tell you honestly if we can do it.

How much does it cost?

Bubble tea: about $5–$7 per cup for schools, and about $7–$12 per guest for parties, offices and weddings. Pizza: about $8–$12 per person with sides. Both together: about $13–$24 per person. You'll see an estimate as you order, and we send your exact quote within one business day.

Is there a minimum order?

Bubble tea starts at 50 cups for schools and 50 guests for events. Pizza orders of any size are welcome.

Where do you deliver?

Across the GTA. Bubble tea comes from our stores at Markham Rd & Castlemore Ave and Markham Rd & Steeles Ave E, with free delivery within 25 km. Pizza comes from Pizza Nova Stouffville and delivery is quoted with your order. You can also pick up.

Is the menu halal?

The Chatime drink menu is halal-certified, and we can share the certificate on request. For pizza, ask us about halal options when you order.

What about allergies and dairy?

Our milk teas contain dairy. Fruit juices and fruit teas are made without milk, and the juices are tea-free. Pizza contains wheat and dairy; gluten-free and plant-based pizzas are available on request. Tell us about any allergies in your order and we'll walk you through the ingredients.

How does the school fundraiser work?

You buy at our school price and sell to families at your own price, keeping the difference. For fun fairs we can run a pop-up booth where a portion of sales goes to the school.

Is my order booked once I send it?

We confirm every order by email within one business day and send the invoice. Your date is held once we confirm (events with a 50% deposit).

How do I pay?

Cheque, e-transfer, or cash on delivery. Events need a 50% deposit to hold the date; the balance is due on the event day.
